I have done lots of revision for the french exam. I am confused about the page on questions about yourself. Raphael says: Je suis en troisieme. So how do you say I'm in Year 5? I guessed it was 'Je suis en cinqieme' but it doesn't sound right.

  2. Well done Isadora! Bravo. In France the classes are called differently. In fact 5ieme is the equivalent of year 8 in England. They start from Year 13 and end up with year 1 whereas in England we start from year one and go up to year 13. Based on this information, could you work out which class are you currently in? Let us know. Bonne chance !
